Admissions, fees, attendance, exams and transport all write to the same record, so a change made once shows up everywhere.
Online fee payments go straight into the school's own Razorpay account. Chalkbell never holds a school's fee money.
AI drafts report card remarks and builds timetables from rules written in plain words. Teachers edit and approve everything before it is saved, and student names are never sent to the AI.
Many schools share the platform, but each campus's records, branding and staff permissions are kept separate, and every change is logged.
RFID attendance works with readers schools already own, including older readers whose vendor no longer supports them. Old records come in from Excel.
Setup, training and calls are in Hindi or English, whichever the school prefers.
