What it is

A school admit card lets a student into the exam hall and shows where and when each paper is. It carries the school name, the exam and session, the student's photo, name, roll number and class, the timetable of papers with date, day and time, the exam rules, and signatures of the class teacher and principal. Schools issue them for half-yearly, annual and pre-board exams. Leave fields blank to print a blank admit card format.

Questions schools ask

What should a school admit card include?

The school name, the exam and session, the student's photo, name, roll number and class, the timetable of papers with date, day and time, the exam room, the rules, and signatures of the class teacher and principal.

Can I make admit cards for many students quickly?

Yes. Enter the exam timetable once, then change only the student's name, roll number and photo for each card. The timetable and school details stay as they are.

Is the student's photo uploaded?

No. The photo is resized in your browser and never sent anywhere.

Can I print a blank admit card format?

Yes. Fill in the school and the exam timetable and leave the student blank. Empty fields print as lines to fill in by hand.

How does Chalkbell handle exams?
