A school ID card identifies a student at the gate, on the bus and on trips. The front usually shows the school name and logo, the student's photo and name, class, admission number, date of birth and blood group, with the principal's signature. The back carries the parent's name and phone, the address, the bus route, and where to return the card if it is found. This maker prints both sides at the standard card size of 54 × 86 mm, the size of a bank card.
Front and back print at 54 × 86 mm, the standard ID card size, to cut out or print on card sheets.
Pick a photo and it is cropped to fit. It stays in your browser and is never uploaded.
Class, admission and roll number, date of birth, blood group, parent phone, address and bus route.
The back says where to return a lost card, with the school's address and phone.
Your logo and name on a dark band at the top. Saved on this device for the next card.
Make as many cards as you like, one student at a time.
Most school ID cards use the CR80 size, 54 × 86 mm (about 2.1 × 3.4 inches), the same as a bank card. This maker prints at that size when you print at 100% scale.
The school name and logo, the student's photo and name, class and section, admission number, date of birth, blood group, the parent's phone number, the session, and the principal's signature. Many schools add the bus route and a return address on the back.
No. The photo is resized in your browser to fit the card and is never sent to a server. It is not saved either, so each new student starts without a photo.
In the print window, set the scale to 100% or "actual size", not "fit to page". Print on thick paper or card sheets, then cut along the border, or laminate them.
Not with this free tool, which makes one card at a time. Chalkbell prints ID cards in batches from the student records, with each student's photo and a barcode of the admission number.
Every module writes to the same student record, so nothing is typed twice.
Parents fill the application on your website and pay the registration fee by UPI or bank transfer. Your office checks it, accepts the child, and the student record is created without re-typing.
Students tap their card at the gate. Chalkbell marks them present or late against your school's cutoff time, and the class register is filled in before the teacher reaches the room.
GPS trackers on your buses send their position to Chalkbell. The office and parents see where the bus is right now, so "where is the bus?" stops being a phone call.
Leave your number and we'll call you back the same working day, in Hindi or English.
